• All gift boxes purchased on Two Streets Over via our Ready to Gift/Ship or Build Your Own Box collections are shipped in luxe packaging, topped with a handwritten note with no pricing included.
• All individual items purchased through the Marketplace will ship with packing slips, and no handwritten note.

• Orders take 2-4 business days to deliver via standard shipping, depending on where they're going. This may be longer for WA and NT.
• If you select express shipping, we will fulfill the orders placed before 12pm the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.
• Express shipping orders shipped out Friday will likely be delivered Monday/Tuesday.
• Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm – Australia wide.
• Our warehouse ships 7 days a week for Sydney Metro orders only at this stage between 11am to 6pm (for all orders received before 4pm latest).
• Our warehouse does not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries with Australia Post.
• If you place an order on Thursday before 12pm, or on Friday your order will likely be delivered the following Monday.
• However, we do offer same day delivery 7 days a week in Sydney metro areas only at this stage. We are looking to expand that service to other metro cities soon.

• Our warehouse and customer experience team operates Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and during that time we are shipping constantly.
• If you place an express order before 12pm on a Monday - Friday, we will fulfill the same day.
• If you place an express order after 12pm, your order will be shipped out the next business day.

• We started Two Streets Over to make gifting easy with a personal touch.

How it works:
Free standard shipping applies to Australia wide orders over $120 per shipping address. That means if you're placing a huge multiple address order, free shipping only applies on a per address basis.

The Fine Print:
Our free shipping code cannot be combined (stacked) with any other offers.

• Two Streets Over ships in a luxe original matte white or matte black gift box with a bow and handwritten note.
• The individual orders placed through marketplace get shipped in a black mailer box.
• We also take photos of the final packed item and send it via email to the person who placed the order so they can be part of the entire gifting process. They see what the recipient sees on delivery.

• We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift.
• In terms of prices, many of our products don't have price tags in the first place.

• While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost, except on boxes over $120 (per address).

• We’re so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, we’re at the mercy of our carriers to deliver our orders as promised.
• If a delay happened on Australia Post’s part, it is out of our control, and we are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs at this time. Of course, always contact us on info@twostreetsover.com.au

• Unfortunately, we're unable to submit address change requests once an order has shipped.
• We're so sorry! Please be sure to carefully look over the order confirmation email after your order has been placed, as we're more than happy to make any changes to the shipping address prior to shipment!

• Ideally, all gift box sales are final (but trust us, they'll love it).
• We do however accept 30 day Returns which allows you or the recipient to obtain:
• Store Credit
• Exchange for another item
• Refunds are based on a case-by-case basis.
• For individual items purchased on Shop All/Marketplace, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a return fee of $10.95.

• We do not require a signature upon delivery.
• However, there are instances when a delivery driver may decide to require a signature upon delivery, and we unfortunately have no control over this decision.
• We ask that our customers diligently check the tracking information provided in their shipping confirmation email to stay up to date with their delivery.

• Please be sure to diligently check the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation email.
• We're here to help call carriers, companies and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do.
• If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrectly input address, we're unfortunately unable to provide a replacement or refund.
• However, if your package is returned to our warehouse, we'll be happy to provide a refund for the value of the giftbox!

• Have them take a good look in and around their front yard/backyard/lobby/etc. and ask around to see if anyone has grabbed it for them -- there’s a good chance it’s hiding somewhere.
• If tracking reflects that your order has been delivered, but your recipient is unable to locate the package, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll do everything in their power to help you locate your order.
• Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that’s out of our control, and can be attributed to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost.
• We're unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages currently. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’ll be happy to do the same on our end!

• We’re so sorry your package is experiencing a delay! Unfortunately, since COVID-19 pandemic, Australia Post and other carriers have clauses that state they can no longer guarantee delivery dates and some packages may take up to 7-12 days to be delivered.
• While our team works tirelessly to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped out at quickly as possible, certain delays are sadly out of our hands.
• However, if your order still has not been delivered after 12 days, please reach out and we’ll be happy to take care of this for you!

• We ship anywhere in Australia.
• We also ship internationally – shipping charges do apply based on size of gift.

• Our system sends automatic shipping information prior to be picked up.
• If you’ve selected HOLD for HOLIDAY, your order is still being held in our warehouse and will ship and arrive as per your requested date.

• Plus, we have a black box option for a perfectly sleek (and gender-neutral) gift.

• We take great care in curating each Two Streets Over, and Curate Your Own boxes to perfection that we ship exactly what you see on each product page.
• On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).

• Each BOX includes a hand-written note. You simply provide us with your message, and we'll handle the rest.

• Yes, they do. We’re constantly innovating and updating our product portfolio to refresh existing boxes, and we're always coming up with new box ideas.

Absolutely! Use our Curated By You section and custom build the perfect gift.

• We utilise an algorithm to determine which size box will be needed based on the items you select. 99.9% of the time it is correct - but it can be wrong!
• Sometimes the items you've selected won't fit in the box and we need to bump it up, sometimes we bump it down to make your gift look fuller!
• Our team of gifting specialists reserves the right to change the size of your box as we are packing and wrapping your gift.

• Yes, our site was built for this! Simply check the box “Ship to Multiple Addresses” when reviewing your cart, give the page a moment to load, and you’ll then be prompted to enter the addresses, To/From information, and card messages for each recipient. It’s really that easy!

Yes! We offer virtual gift cards. You can purchase your gift card here. Selecting the amount, you would like to give and checkout. The gift card will be emailed directly to you (the buyer), to either print or forward directly to the recipient.

• While we minimise the number of products available on our site that have the potential to melt, items such as chocolate and candles are consistently requested.
• Please note that including items in gift boxes that are subject to melting is at your own risk. Two Streets Over cannot guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery, and we are unable to issue refunds because of melting.
